Salon Policy:
Custom Units
All sales are final with custom wig units. You will be provided with photos of finished unit. Changes and modifications can be made at that time. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges once order has been placed for custom wig units. For quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.
All custom units must be paid in full before production. Please
Allow 1-2 weeks for production on all custom units. Remember all custom units take time to produce based on measurements, color, cuts, and styles.
Virgin Hair Extensions and closures
No refunds. No returns. We accept exchanges only within 7 days of order arriving. We will not accept any exchanges of any product if they are not in original condition. Exchanges must be unwashed, unused, and uncolored. Glo Hair Lounge reserves the right to deny any exchange.
Shipping policy:
All shipping and handling cost will be at the customers expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. Since we are not responsible for lost packages.
- We must receive all merchandise before an exchange can be made.
- Your shipping address must match your billing address at the time of payment. If these two addresses don’t match your banks records your orders will not be shipped or processed.
- All packages requires signature confirmation, if you are not available to receive your package Glo Hair Lounge will not be responsible for reshipment fees.
